Administrative Assistant - Business Office

St. Patrick-St. Anthony Parish is an active and engaged faith community of over 1,600 households along the beautiful Lakeshore community of Grand Haven, Michigan. Our mission statement affirms that “We are a welcoming Catholic Community, Alive in Christ, making present the kingdom of God.”

This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Pastor and Parish Administrator. This includes functions such as preparing financial reports, data tracking, professional correspondence, and being the lead for parish audio/visual systems.  This position is responsible for welcome and set up of new parishioners.  Also works collaboratively with all staff and may require an occasional evening or weekend attention.
