Love Poured Out – Women’s Retreat 9/17/2022

All women are welcome to join us for a day retreat on the Holy Spirit on September 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM with doors opening at 9:30 AM.

$20 per attendee includes the day’s events and lunch.
The retreat will be held at St. Patrick – St. Anthony Parish 920 Fulton Ave Grand Haven MI 49417.

Amanda Vernon

Recording Artist & Author

Amanda Vernon is a full-time recording artist and author who shares the joy of knowing Christ through testimony and song. She has shared her music and message across the U.S. and in six foreign countries. Amanda co-authored the memoir When God Wrecks Your Romance: Orthodox Faith, Unorthodox Story with her childhood friend, Holy Cross priest, Fr. Matt Fase, CSC. Originally from the Midwest, Amanda resides in Phoenix, AZ with her husband and their four young children.

With over two decades of experience in studio production, live performance, and liturgical music, Amanda refers to her musical style as “soulful pop with gospel and jazz roots.” Her eighth album, Secretos Navideños, debuted in 2018 as Amanda’s first full-length Spanish project. Supported by a growing number of Amanda Vernon Patrons, she releases scripture reflections and songs regularly.

Makenzie Conner

Coordinator of 7th/8th Grade, High School & Young Adult Ministry at St. Patrick – St. Anthony Parish

Makenzie has served in ministry for six years after graduating from Aquinas College with Theology, Community Leadership and Catholic Studies. After serving in Williamsport, PA for 5 years at St. Joseph the Worker Parish she moved back home to minster at St. Patrick – St. Anthony Parish serving high school and young adults. She studied in Rome, Italy and went on adventures to seven countries. She has a deep love for St. John Paul II, cooking, and anything creative.
