Celebrate the Season of Creation, Sept. 1

From September 1 – October 4, the Christian family unites worldwide in prayer and action for creation during the Season of Creation. The 2023 theme is “Let Justice and Peace Flow.” The symbol is the mighty river.

Living the Season of Creation Nonviolently: 
Join Catholic Climate Covenant, Laudato Sí Movement, Pax Christi USA, and the Ignatian Solidarity Network as we explore the interconnections between gospel nonviolence and care for creation. During this five-week program, learn about the Vow of Nonviolence and how it can radically transform our way of living as stewards on earth. Receive a weekly email with opportunities to learn, pray, and practice nonviolence. Join us online for reflection sessions and an opportunity to make the vow of nonviolence in community.
