All Around Fitness is an exercise class starting with a walk and stretching to warm up. Followed by a 25 minute low impact cardio session, 20 minutes of strength training, and ending with cool down stretches. Fitness bands, hand held fitness balls, resistance loops, and hand weights all in various abilities are incorporated throughout, making it a class for beginners all the way to long time exercisers! This is a good time to connect with friends and fuel your mind, body and spirit! The sessions meet twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday from in the Family Center, September - June. Cost is $1 per class attended. All are welcome!
Stretch, Balance and Strength meet: Monday in our Youth Center for chair stretching. Then on Wednesday for chair stretching and Friday for mat stretching aoutit Library in Grand Haven. All classes are from . Experience 45 minutes of stretching poses and chair work. Individuals should be able to hold poses comfortably while standing. Ladies and gentleman are welcome!
