Widows Together: Taking a Leap of Faith

If you are widowed and looking for a safe, non-judgemental space to share your experience, please consider registering for Widows Together. Widows Together is a free, 10-week focused program to explore and better understand your unique experience of widowhood with other widows. The group will be held on 10 consecutive Wednesdays from 1:00-3:00 p.m. beginning on April 12 in Room 148. It will be facilitated by Marsha Barnosky LMSW, ACSW.

The group is limited to 12. To register, please contact the facilitator, Marsha Barnosky at 616-402-8327 to register.

Committing to joining a grief support group usually involves some fear: a fear of being vulnerable, of being disapproved of by others, of making a mistake. These worst-case scenarios are usually present when we consider taking a leap of faith. Please consider pushing past your comfort zone, to take that leap of faith by registering for Widows Together.
