Parish Picnic, Sunday, Aug. 17

Sunday, Aug. 17, following the 11:00 AM Mass

We have received a lot of feedback from the parishioners and volunteers regarding our Parish Festival event. As a result, we have made significant changes to this event in 2025. These changes include:

  1. The event will be an afternoon picnic, starting after the Sunday, 11:00 Mass, Aug. 17.
  2. Lunch will be served at a price sufficient to cover the cost. Tickets for meals will be available ahead of the picnic.
  3. The focus of the event will be to celebrate and support our largest parish outreach ministries, Food Pantry, Haiti, and Migrant Seasonal Workers programs. Informational tables will be available for each featured outreach ministry.
  4. The afternoon will include music and kids’ games.
  5. Fundraising: Raffle tickets and mini-raffle of donated gifts.

Items needed for our Parish Picnic Mini-Raffle Fundraiser

This year’s Parish Picnic on August 17 will include prizes to be raffled in support of our Outreach Ministries for Food Pantries, Migrants, and Haiti. Please consider helping us by donating (New) raffle gifts. Gifts can range from toy packages, experiential
packages, group dinners, weekend getaways, jewelry, spa, and health packages as examples.

As we live our busy lives, it is easy to forget how blessed we are and how much of a difference our actions can make. Let our support for these ministries reflect our love for one another. Together, we can help many people.
