Child Slavery and Human Trafficking; Who Are the Victims? Thursday, Oct. 19, 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.

The gripping movie “Sound of Freedom” has captured the attention of millions of people across the world. In order to spread awareness of the brutal and disturbing prevalence of human trafficking and exploitation. We will host an informative and gripping evening with Jenn Amo, Warning Lights founder, author and speaker. This event is for adults. High School age youth accompanied by a parent are welcome to  attend. We will host this session in Room 142.

Here is our session overview: Who Are the Victims? An introductive overview that raises awareness about human trafficking. This session  educates, empowers, and engages its  audience. We discuss the crime’s who, what, where, why, when, and how. It helps to debunk myths and clarify the reality of this social scourge. It also provides  various ways for attendees to get involved in our struggle against yhis terrible evil and walk away with ways to protect themselves and others. This interactive session teaches you how to fight this crime and stay safe.
