Save the Date: Parish Picnic, August 16

After last year’s success we are gearing up for another fun family parish picnic! To get an early start, we are looking for volunteers who want to lead and coordinate the following activities:

• Promote and increase ticket sales for our large raffle
• Coordinate children’s games
• Manage the Cake Walk (New this year)
• Coordinate the Planko game (New this year)
• Coordinate Bingo and prizes

In addition, we are currently collecting prizes for our mini-raffle. We’re asking for tickets to special events, activities/experiences, and other valued opportunities.
