Help Make 2025’s Sportsman’s Dinner a Winner

We are working hard to improve and expand our parish life events. In line with that goal, we are planning to enhance our annual men’s event on January 18, 2025.

We feel expanding the event to the Annual “Sportsman’s Dinner” with a broader theme including multiple outdoor and sporting activities will appeal to a wider group of men. Guest speakers, activities, and gifts will be centered around a wider range of sporting activities such as hiking, baseball, golf, football, outdoor vacationing, hunting, fishing, and camping while evangelizing to men.

Our Ask:

• Marketing Strategy: We are looking for someone who is talented in promotion strategy and communication to help us reposition marketing around the new “Sportsman’s Dinner” theme.
• Donated Gifts: We also need someone to coordinate the gift donations for this event. Given the expanded theme, we see many opportunities for donated gifts, including items such as sporting event tickets, rounds of golf, equipment, experiential activities, and much more.
• Evening Games/Activities Coordination: We need someone to help coordinate a fun evening of games and activities.
