The parish governance of St. Patrick-St. Anthony pairs parishioner commissions with staff to develop, maintain and respond to needs thoughout the community while creating cohesion across the parish family. Some commissions are still in development–if you are interested in participating, please contact Fr. Dan.

Charity & Justice

The responsibilities of the commissions are to help shape and foster the long-range development of our parish’s Social Justice efforts, in accord with Catholic Social Teaching; to serve as an umbrella of all parish Social Justice Efforts; to initiate and expand the knowledge and advocacy of all parish members and to advise on Christian Service support to those in need.

Parish Life (in Development)

The parish life commission works to foster a sense of belonging and community for members of the parish and greater community. This is accomplished through events and encounters that serve to welcome, strengthen relationships, and provide opportunity for involvement.

Stewardship (in Development)

This commission, with duties encompassing all aspects of parish life, is instrumental in assisting the Pastor and staff in the areas of education, communication, implementation, follow-up and evaluation of the parish stewardship process. The Stewardship Commission works to inspire and enable members of the faith community to act as Christian stewards and dedicate a portion of their time, talent, and treasure to the Lord.

Faith Formation

The commission works to advise and support the Pastor, staff, and parish leaders on the overall life-long Catholic faith formation and spiritual growth for parishioners of all ages. Some tasks are researching and evaluating programs and resources, making recommendations on programming, and communicating with the parish to identify needs.

Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Commission assists and advises the Pastor and staff in guiding and shaping the pastoral care of the parish as well as assisting to promote communication among various elements of pastoral care ministries and other parish bodies.

Worship & Liturgy

The Worship and Liturgy Commission is tasked with enhancing the worship experience by providing an appropriate environment, inspirational music, warm hospitality and assistance to the Pastor or Presider during Liturgies, prayer services, celebrations and all pastoral duties. This Commission serves as representatives of all parishioners in advising on decisions that impact or affect the liturgical life of the parish, thus drawing everyone into a closer union with Christ through the proclamation of the Word and Celebration of the Eucharist.
