Explore Becoming A Deacon

Men of the parish and their wives are invited to a FREE evening dinner on Thursday, May 19, to hear Deacon Jerry Roersma, Director of Diaconate Formation for the Grand Rapids Diocese, share details on the steps toward becoming a fully ordained Deacon. 

This event is sponsored by the Serra Club of Greater Muskegon and will be held at St. James Catholic Church located at 5149 Dowling Street in Montague. 

The evening starts with Mass at 6:00 p.m. celebrated by Fr. Peter Mogo followed by dinner and Deacon Jerry’s talk. To reserve ticket(s) please call or text (231) 740-0044.
