Registration Notice: Elementary faith formation at St. Patrick-St. Anthony Parish is committed to serve families in the parish with quality and fruitful formation. Each formation session has a participant limit.
If space is available after children from the parish have registered, it is possible that families from other parishes can participate in our programs. Please note that we offer a wide variety of options to accommodate the hectic schedules of the families we serve, and there might be a waiting list for a particular day and time unless you register early.
Tuition fee for students attending Faith Formation at St. Patrick-St. Anthony Parish K-12th Grades.
By July 1: Tuition is $35 per student/$70 family maximum.
As of July 2: Tuition increases to $50/$100 family maximum on July 2.
By August 21: Registration and Payment are due. Registration is not complete without payment.
When making your payment, please include the attendee’s name and grade in the notes section.
