Baked Goods Needed for Sweet Shop

We are asking parishioners to contribute to our Huge Sweet Shop Bake Sale at the Festival. Please make sure goods can stand the heat of the summer and don’t require refrigeration. We are also looking for gluten-free and sugar-free items. Please put baked goods in a disposable containers so we don’t have to track down the owners of the dishes.

Haiti Sale: Set Up; Sale Day: Cashier/Assisting Cashier, Touch Up Tables

Set Up Tent & Kids Games, Take Down & Clean Up, Manage Trash

It takes many hands (for a short time) to keep the Parish Festival running smoothly. We work hard, but we have fun! You can make a big difference by helping for an hour or two to help set up & take down kids games, the chairs & tables in the tent, and keep the trash from building up.
